Rates
A partial listing of my rates includes $120 per 50-minute session; $200 for the initial evaluation which will require more time. Rates for other services such as couples therapy are available on request.
Insurance
I take a very limited number of insurances. I will provide you with a statement so you may file and obtain payment for your out-of-network benefits. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my plan cover out-of-network providers?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Are there any limitations I should know about. (e.g. no coverage for pre-existing conditions)
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash and checks accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
